Extended health care insurance

Most employers offer medical/dental plans which usually include coverage for Chiropractic care. It would be a good idea to check with your employer and find out what type of coverage you actually have and how to be reimbursed. Each time you settle your account, please request a receipt. You can then submit your receipts to the insurance company representing your particular plan. Please feel free to ask us if you have any questions.

Credit policy

Full payment is required by the end of the current week. Several options are available to you; we accept cash, cheques, interact, master card and visa.

Missed appointment

Please inform us of any possible absences prior to your appointment (12 to 24 hour) via telephone, email, or through our after-hours answering machine. A missed appointment puts you off your adjustment schedule and must be rescheduled. The same day is best; however it can be the next day or at the very latest, later the same week.
