Your Initial Visit to Our Moncton Practice

Welcome to our Moncton office

After introducing each other, the purpose of this visit  is to get to know you better (health-wise) and to determine the specific nature of your condition by establishing a proper diagnosis.

While the doctor reviews your health history documentation, you will be watching a short informative video on chiropractic.  The doctor will then take time to listen to your concerns and will ask specific questions to clarify certain aspects of the health history.

We will proceed to a posture analysis, range of motion testing, orthopedic and neurological testing. Finally manual palpation to assess motion and position of all spinal bones and x-rays (for 12 years and older) will be a crucial part of the examination.

Dr Francois Asks some important questions of interest to Moncton residents - Chiropractor Moncton Dr Francois Asks...

If you have a fever, are you sick or healthy?
Chiropractors love asking this question because it gets to the root of the chiropractic difference. Turns out fevers, vomiting, coughing and even sneezing are all healthy responses. It means your body is working correctly. Taking medications to suppress these natural processes can actually prolong your recovery.
Why are frequent visits advised when starting chiropractic care?
Consistent visits at the beginning of your chiropractic care help create the momentum necessary to correct and retrain unhealthy spinal patterns. Later, Moncton patients find that continued care on a less frequent visit schedule can help preserve their progress and avoid a relapse.
